- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, system integrators (SI), OEMs and end-users.
- Promote and sell the company's Industrial IoT and communication products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions with customers.
- Follow up quotations, negotiations, contracts and project implementation.
- Coordinate with technical teams to support customer projects and resolve technical issues.
- Collect market information, customer feedback and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- College degree or above. Majors in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in IoT, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Industrial Automation, Industrial Networking, Communication Equipment, or related industries.
- Familiarity with Industrial Routers, IoT Gateways, Device Servers, Industrial Ethernet products, and their application scenarios.
- Knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, MQTT, Modbus, and RS232/RS485 is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, solution consulting, and business negotiation skills.
- Good command of English or Chinese for business communication.
- Willingness to travel as required.
