Responsible for in-process quality control to ensure products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
Lead and manage the IPQC team, including manpower planning, training.
Monitor and handle quality issues during production, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee first article inspection, in-process inspection, and sampling inspection activities to ensure inspection effectiveness and timely resolution of on-site quality issues.
Analyze quality data, drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, and complete other tasks assigned by management.
Perform other duties assigned by department management.
Yêu cầu
Diploma degree or above, with 1-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiar with IPQC processes and quality control methods.
Familiar with quality inspection standards and able to read and understand product drawings and related technical documents.
Proficient in using common measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess basic English communication skills.
Able to work in shifts.
