- Involve in new product development, work with Engineering team to conduct production evaluation smoothly, define product quality requirements and production control plan.
- Failure rate control: Drive failure analysis, corrective action to control failure rate.
- Conduct process audit to ensure compliance to requirements.
- 4M change handling, quality issue handling
Yêu cầu
- College, university or related major (technical education background)
- At least 1 year experience of process quality control manufacturing FDI company.
- Experience in IATF 16949 is a plus.
- Experience with any of following: plastic part, injection molding, tooling.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control plan, SPC, MSA; familiar with analysis tools: FTA, 8D...
- Teamwork, communication abilities, problem solving skills
- Good in computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- English communication skill is required, Chinese is a plus.
