1. Application Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support for web and SaaS applications, including troubleshooting and
resolving user issues.
• Act as a liaison between end-users and development teams to ensure that issues are resolved
promptly and effectively.
• Document and maintain up-to-date records of application issues, resolutions, and processes.
• Continuously monitor and analyze application performance, identifying areas for improvement
and optimizing systems for better efficiency.
2. System Administration & Maintenance
• Assist in the administration of CRM, DMS, and other systems, ensuring their smooth operation
and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's Intranet site based on Microsoft
SharePoint Online.
• Provide
IT helpdesk support to users, resolving basic IT issues, and escalating complex issues
to the appropriate teams.
3. Project Management & Collaboration
• Gather requirements for change requests/new projects and collaborate with development teams
to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in the testing and implementation of new application releases, ensuring they meet
the required standards and specifications.
• Work closely with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that application systems
align with business objectives.
4. Other responsibilities
• Provide training and support to users on software applications and systems, as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in application development and support.
