Gather, clarify, and analyze requirements from stakeholders
Translate requirements into user stories and SRS documentation
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities
Support
Developers and QC in requirement clarification
Coordinate with Business teams during customer onboarding and UAT
Review scope, validate bugs, and handle change requests
Analyze impact and update Jira tickets and documentation
Final-year student or graduate in IT-related fields or equivalent IT background
Basic understanding of the
Business Analyst role in software projects
Knowledge of UML, BPMN, flowcharts, user stories, Agile/Scrum, and API concepts
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
Clear communication and proactive mindset
Familiar with Jira, Figma/[protected info], AI tools is a plus
Willing to support delivery activities and meet deadlines
UAT experience and multi-stakeholder exposure is a plus
