- Solution Design: Analyze requirements to design detailed Functional Specifications and Business Logic flows for Sales & CRM modules (SAP HANA SD/MM/PP & in-house app), ensuring alignment with commercial operational needs.
- System Implementation: Configure SAP HANA SD/MM/PP parameters/rules and collaborate with the RnD Team to define API requirements and logic validation for cross-system integration (SAP ↔ in-house app).
- L2/L3 Support: Resolve critical logic/process incidents on Sales & CRM modules as L2/L3 Support and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- QA & Documentation: Lead the UAT process and create functional documentation/guides to support the Digi Service team and eliminate key-person dependency.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a
Business Analyst or Business Partner on software / digital transformation projects.
- SAP HANA: Hands-on experience with SAP HANA SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning) modules. Direct configuration and functional validation required
- Sales Process Knowledge: Order-to-cash workflows, pricing conditions, customer master data, AR/collection.
- Functional Specification Writing: Translate business requirements into precise specs with business rules, acceptance criteria, and data definitions.
- Process Documentation: User Guides, SOPs, process flow diagrams (BPMN/UML).
- English Communication: proficiency - reading, writing, and communicating with technical teams and external partners.
- SQL - Advantage: Data analysis and business logic validation against production data.
