Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT
Business Analyst role based in HN, Vietnam. The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying and documenting business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, and translating these requirements into technical specifications. The role also includes working closely with IT teams to align technology solutions with business goals and providing analytical support to ensure functional alignment and efficiency in processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Business Analysis, including identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and objectives.
Proficiency in mapping and optimizing Business Processes to align with organizational goals.
Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
Familiarity with Information Technology concepts and the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related fields.
Experience in a similar role within the technology or digital transformation industry is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools or methodologies is advantageous.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
