- Evaluating existing business processes.
- Determining and outlining business process improvements.
- Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Overseeing all aspects related to the implementation stages of business processimprovement initiatives.
- Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and makingadjustments as needed.
- Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
- Revising and updating procedures and policies.
- Lead business process reengineering and continuous improvement studies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes to best leverage business systems
Business Analyst and Project Management 40%
- As part of a broad cross-functional team, play an integral role in the learning, training,and implementation of ERP and in-house software.
- Assist users in all aspect of ERP system use.
- Interact with users to develop use case, design specification and testing scenarios.
- Work with functional leaders to help develop business case for additional softwaredevelopment and/or acquisition.
- Manage the configuration and operation of ERP systems; provide technical support for ERP and software issues.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security, usability concerns and resolve help desk requests.
- Collaborate on implement and upgrade systems and processes as required forenhanced functionality and security issue resolution and manage infrastructure toinclude firewalls, databases and other processes as they relate to ERP software.
- Capture detailed requirements for blueprinting, solution design, implementation andfunctional testing for business
- Develop strategies for future business process flows to best utilize system functionality
- For system modification(s), define the business requirements and prepare functional design documents for formal review that include the analysis of project scope, problem definition of current situation, objective, constraints, cost estimates, project tasks/schedule, system and user documentation, user training materials and integrated systems design considerations and data flows
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external contacts.
Training and Documentation 20%
- Develop training plans, prepare training documentation and conduct the training
- Develop/Create and participate in the development of testing plans and scenarios ensuring all aspects of the modules are fully tested: Application/unit test, integrated test, parallel test and performance/stress test.
- Proactively share knowledge with team members and provide assistance in areas of expertise. Present and lead training events.
- Work closely with the SMEs (Subject Master Expert) team to develop comprehensiveuser documentation.
