IT Digital Solution Delivery (ERP/ HRM System)

Digital Solution Delivery:
- Assist in the delivery of digital solutions from the pre-project/initiating phase to commissioning/closing, using internal resources, turn-key suppliers, and outsourced approaches, to ensure the solutions meet business objectives within budget and the desired timeframe.
- Be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions to meet user needs and functional objectives.
- Participate in the delivery of digital solutions related to development and implementation, in close collaboration with the digital solution team, suppliers, business users, process owners, system owners, and relevant project team members.
Digital Solution Innovation:
- Initiate and deliver new features, enhancements, and improvements to digital solutions and related business processes to ensure operational excellence and user satisfaction.
- Study, learn, and gain deep understanding of new digital solutions and technologies in order to propose solution/technology alternatives or innovations to business users.
Digital Solution Maintenance and Support:
- Maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of digital solutions in daily operations.
- Collaborate with the technical team and business users to resolve digital solution issues within defined time limits.
- Ensure compliance of digital solutions with organizational policies and procedures.
