As the major
IT helpdesk contact (Level 1 & 2 support), to perform troubleshooting,
purchasing, asset management and audit of IT items
Promote and ensure IT practice comply with company's policy in terms security, connectivity and use of tools
Audit, monitor and manage the IT infrastructure, hardware, software, inventory of IT items, according to the system and plan
Perform ad hoc assignments by management
