Mô tả công việc
- To prepare PC hardware and software license for users.
- Set up new IT infrastructure for new user/ replacement, and new PC installation and security setup.
- Troubleshoot PC Client issues (hardware & software) and outages of LAN/ VPN for users and training to end users about basic and common IT Knowledge.
- Upgrade systems (Hardware and software) with new releases and models.
- Co-ordinate with vendor to install/ upgrade/ troubleshooting for Network Printer, CCTV, Door Access system, Telephone system...
- Support users about IT facility for meeting rooms.
- To manage the IT Inventory related to PCs, IT devices, standard software license and report to IT Manager periodically.
- To make related-IT Request on the internal application (Intranet workflow)
- To assist to manage the assigned servers such as Backup Server, Printing Server, SQL Server (optional).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 2 years with IT Helpdesk Support experience in Microsoft environment, M365, troubleshooting hardware and software and application.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with IT infrastructure: PC client, LAN, WAN, Wireless AP, Azure.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with operating systems Windows server 2012 and higher version, Hyper-V Server/ VMWare Environment
- Experience with Trend Micro OfficeScan/ ApexOne or relevant system.
- Experience in data backup/ restoration with software Acronis
- English skills should be fair or above.
- Graduated from IT college or vocational school in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Cisco Certificate (CCNA, CCNP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Cloud Environment, SQL Server and ERP system is a plus.
