About the Role:
As part of our growing presence in Can Tho, we are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded IT Service team member to support day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals with a passion for technology and a strong sense of responsibility in user support and system maintenance.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line
IT support for users: troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and maintain IT equipment (laptops, printers, conference systems, etc.) for employees and meetings
Support user account management, software installation, and system updates
Coordinate with the ITS team at HQ and other locations on system setup and issue resolution
Assist in implementing IT policies and maintaining documentation
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities or downtime to the ITS team
Support internal communications for IT-related updates, guidelines, and procedures
