Mô tả công việc
a/ Technical support
Assist in IT infrastructure / network/ server project.
Install OS and configuring all infrastructure (application servers, routers, switch, PCs, Laptops, Printers, etc.)
In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data.
Quickly isolate and trouble-shoot any network, resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
b/ System maintenance
Ensure IT systems operate smoothly (servers, networks, end-user devices,...)
Monitor existing network, PABX and servers and provide performance report and suggestion
c/ Service Provider Management
Collaborate with external service providers, overseeing service contracts.
Other tasks assigned by Manager

Bachelor's Degree, network and computer major is a plus
1-3 years of experience in IT System Management or IT Support
Can communicate in English-speaking environment
Able to explain technical problems in a simple way
Working in international company will be a plus
Well-organizing and time management skills
Be self-motivated, willing to learn new things and take over new tasks
Be able to complete tasks under high pressure
