Mô tả công việc
1. Support Office equipment, device and IT system management
- Supply employees working approval equipment based on company budget and headcount.
- Managing all devices, equipment (buying, monitoring, maintain, fixing)
- Support to arrange the company meeting by installing some needed equipment
- Ensure that all office equipment is maintained by monthly, quarterly and yearly with the company budget control.
- Coordinate with software IT system and internet service provider to ensure that software and hardware IT system always in good condition
- Company website Management and updating information.
- Willing to support all employees when IT issue taken place
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Studying and updating job knowledge by self-studying new software, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Willing to go for travel by supporting others plant within CJ group.
- Daily check camera system, phone operator, air conditioners and report to HR manager and BOD on time.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College graduate or higher in IT or computuer science
- English equivalent to B
- Three year experiences in IT helpdesk service
- Working at Mekong plant: Lot H, Binh Minh Industrial Zone, My Hoa Village, Binh Minh District, Vinh Long Province, VietNam.
