Perform the job of receiving requests and supporting end users with information technology-related issues including network infrastructure, applications, and devices throughout the Company. Manage and periodically maintain IT equipment.
Support staff with issues related to information technology such as computer hardware/software, telephone, and internet,..
Allocate assets, transfer, withdraw, and deploy hardware assembly at the office
Install and manage office equipment: printers, scanners, timekeepers, surveillance cameras...
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software errors at the office
Work with suppliers on warranty and maintenance issues of hardware and software devices.
Maintain IT infrastructure network and system (Windows servers Performance, devices, System software, Vmware, Active Directory, File Server, Email Server , VPN, Backup...);
Monitor the performance of the network;
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems;
Plan and report the cost of replacing or updating relation to infrastructure;
Monitor and Implement security to protect system and network;
Report to manager
Yêu cầu
At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk
Have Linux experience is a plus
Have Cloud experience is a plus
Have experience in setting up and maintaining network security and systems ( switch, firewall, Windows Server...)
