IT Intern

*A final-year student or recent graduate, majoring in Information Technology. Able to undertake a full-time internship for 6 months.
1. Understanding of CRM: Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and how it is used to manage customer relationships. Knowledge of the luxury retail industry is an advantage.
2. Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze customer data to better understand their behaviors and needs.
3. Programming Skills: Understanding of programming processes and the 3-layer model.
4. Understanding of Retail Processes: Knowledge of retail business processes and how CRM supports these activities.
5. Communication and Teamwork Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with other departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service.
6. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve issues that arise during CRM implementation and operation.
7. Project Management Skills: Understanding the basic principles of project management to track progress and ensure project goals are achieved.
8. Adaptability and Learning: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in the project.
9. Others: Proficiency in English, courteous, dynamic, and not afraid of pressure.
