Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for overseeing and managing all information and communication technology (ICT) operations across the Asia-Pacific region
• Develop and implement the ICT strategy aligned with Piaggio's overall business objectives for the APAC region.
• Oversee the day-to-day ICT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
• Manage a team of ICT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business requirements and translate them into ICT solutions.
• Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors, ensuring their adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect Piaggio's data and systems.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ICT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Provide technical expertise and support for major projects and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines and budgets.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in managing ICT operations, preferably in a multinational company with a focus on the APAC region.
• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
• Experience in managing a team of ICT professionals and driving performance and results.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful implementation of ICT projects.
• Sound understanding of cybersecurity best practices and ability to implement robust security measures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nằm trong chiến lược phát triển của Piaggio, nhà máy Piaggio Việt Nam là một trong những bước tiến quan trọng nhất trong sản xuất mang tính toàn cầu của Hãng. Ngày 24/6/2009, nhà máy khánh thành và chỉ sau đó 3 tháng (ngày 2/10), chiếc xe thứ 10.000 đã xuất xưởng. Đến tháng thứ 7, chiếc xe thứ 50.000 chính thức được xuất xưởng. Trước thành công đó, tháng 4/2011, Piaggio đã mở rộng nhà máy sản xuất, nâng công xuất từ 100.000 sản phẩm lên 300.000 sản phẩm. Và đến tháng 7/2011, nhà máy đã kỷ niệm chiếc xe thứ 100.000 được tiêu thụ. Ngoài sản lượng liên tục tăng, Piaggio Việt Nam cũng đã giới thiệu 8 mẫu xe mới với nhiều cải tiến. Ngoài thị trường Việt Nam, sản phẩm của Piaggio đã xuất ra nhiều nước trên thế giới.
