This position will be provided the shuttle bus from BA RIA VUNG TAU/ BIEN HOA/ DISTRICT 2/ THU DUC CITY to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (50 minutes transportation to our Factory)
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT infrastructure and software development initiatives to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, setting clear job expectations, and conducting performance appraisals.
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient IT environment.
Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems to safeguard company information and assets.
Align IT activities with user needs and system functionality to support organizational policies and objectives.
Identify problematic areas and implement timely strategic solutions to address them.
Audit IT systems and assess their outcomes to ensure optimal performance and security.
Preserve company assets, information security, and control structures to minimize risks and liabilities.
Manage the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in resource allocation and spending.
Oversee server systems, and manage SQL, SAP, and MES services to maintain seamless and efficient operations.
Manage project progress by creating and organizing plans, allocating resources, and guiding the IT team in developing new solutions to meet the company's requirements.
Project Leader for the SAP rollout
Preparation and implementation of the SAP rollout for the location in Vietnam
Responsible for master data processing and maintenance in SAP
Test and training of the developed system solutions
Responsible for the coordination and verification of the respective key users
Central point of contact for all SAP matters (support of key users and contact persons for all departments)
