Mô tả công việc
Our factory is looking for an IT Manager to:
- Lead the daily operation and maintenance of servers, network equipment and production systems, ensuring high availability and security, and minimizing the risk of production disruptions.
- Responsible for the implementation and upgrade of business systems, such as MES, HRMS, QAD and QMS, etc. Meeting safety standards like ISO27001, and leading data backup and disaster recovery plans, meanwhile establishing and implementing company's information security policy.
- Manage IT team, and assign jobs and give training to team members, coordinate cross-departmental demands and provide customized technical solutions for business departments.
- Plan IT project, monitor the project progress, ensure timely delivery and control the budget.
Yêu cầu
- Education background, university degree or above.
- More than 5 years at the similar role
- Have experience in implementing or optimizing ERP and MES systems.
- Familiar with network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux), as well as database management.
- Good English or Chinese language skill
- Have a strong ability to withstand pressure.
