• Provide technical support for products (network switches - switching HUBs)
▪ Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to networking equipment.
▪ Perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of switches.
▪ Ensure devices operate stably and meet network operation requirements.
• Provide technical consultation and product explanation to customers.
▪ Clearly explain the features and benefits of the product to customers.
▪ Guide customers on how to use and maintain the equipment.
▪ Advise customers on selecting the appropriate devices based on technical needs and budget.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/ manager.
▪ Assist support users at the Sales office for both Infrastructure and Application.
▪ Join the other tasks assigned by the manager.
▪ Join the sport activities of the team.
▪ Willing to join from Japan for Business training activity.
▪ Work in Sales (70%), Factory (10%), Business Travel (20%).
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, Networking or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience (in IT business is a plus).
• IT knowledge in ICT, Network.
• Network certificates are advanced such as CCNA, CompTIA, CCNP, Microsoft office O365/M365, ...
• Ability to introduce new networking technologies (such as switches and HUBs) to vendors during events, conferences, or trade fairs.
• English communication and writing.
• Working as both a teamwork and individual.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, problem-solving and reliable.
