Implement new system processes (M3 system).
Monitor and maintain system operations.
Respond promptly to user issues and service requests.
Provide technical support to employees (on-site or remotely).
Set up and manage system accounts for new users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and user-related issues.
Test new system processes and functionalities.
Support training for junior staff or end users when required.
Yêu cầu
Education
College degree or above in IT or related fields
Knowledge & Skills
Solid knowledge of computers, networking, and telephone configuration
Strong computer skills
Continuous learning mindset
Good teamwork skills
Language
English: Intermediate level
