Project:XL-02 Design, Build and Operation of the Nhieu Loc Thi Nghe Wastewater Treatment Plant (34,000m3/h). Duration: 5 years design construction and commissioning, 5 years operation and maintenance



Location: Thao Dien, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. Future location on Site at Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City



Duration: 3 years



Main responsibilities

1. Administration and Procurement:

Source, compare, select and purchase all IT equipment (computers, server, printer, wiring, accessories...)

Purchase Mobile Phone (through Procurement Department)

Contract and manage IT services providers (internet, maintenance...)

Manage fleet of Mobile phone & simcard / Liaise with Operators

Monitor IT stock and consumables (including toners)

Prepare IT management Plan





2. IT Management - End User

Request email for new comers

Set-up computers for new comers and configure required access (printers/Servers...)

Request and install software

Liaise with IT Helpdesk in HO

Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests



3. IT Management - Server

Installation and set-up of main servers and company network

Liaise with Head-Office for network management

Back-up of main server

Repair and replace equipment as necessary

Enforce IT security tools and procedures
