*Key Activities:
- Reporting: Prepare Monthly Security Incident Report.
- Security & Operation:
*Implement security policies and procedures
*Raise and improve user security awareness
*Ensure no tool or application is deployed without formal approval.
*Monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents or identified vulnerabilities with recommended solutions.
*Frequently check to ensure that security measures are in place and up-to-date, especially on Industrial systems.
*Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies
- Daily end-user support: Coordinating with the regional team (TGITS) or/and local resources to deliver onsite and remote support, troubleshooting related services, quickly and effectively solving problems, following procedures defined and/or Manager's instruction.
*Ensure proximity support, receiving requests from user or head of team.
*Improve and maintain high level of satisfaction amongst users.
*Guide non-IT colleagues on basic IT knowledge when necessary.
*IT Service Management (ITSM): ensure all Incidents, Requests and Tasks are properly tracked and followed.
- Business Application:
*SAP: User account administration and Roles assignment submission, on both Testing and Production environment, SAP printing support and others related.
*O365 and SharePoint: delivering support, advice, answering all queries from end-user as well as troubleshooting.
- Other responsibilities:
*User account creation and update in IDEAL
*Mainly in charge of creating purchase requisition, receiving Goods & Services and monthly payment submission for both Group and Local services.
*Maintaining IT Inventory list and ITSM CMDB up to date, 100% equipment handover and keep track properly.
*Supervising and ensuring that IT infrastructures are always operating in good condition, frequently perform checking and testing to maintain the stability of UPS, EMS, FM200, Door Access Control, CCTV, Servers, Software, Telephone system, Network Switches and other office machines. Timely renew maintenance contracts.
*Co-ordinate with relevant teams to upgrade, deploy new systems/applications.
*Participating in the elaboration of procedures, projects upon assignment by manager.
*Expert in areas in charge, offer suggestion to enhance quality of delivering services, improve current processes, practices while considering cost optimization.
*Writing IT guide/announcement/security awareness in both languages (Vietnamese and English).
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in IT with minimum 02 years of IT Support experience.
- Experienced in supporting computers on Windows OSs, telecom devices, office machine and local accounting system.
- Good knowledge about Windows Server, SQL server, LAN, WAN, internet, CCTV, O365 and other common tools.
- Good communication skills are required as well as an advanced sense of customer service.
- Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment, work under pressure, be willing to travel.
- Analytical skills and ability to propose solution to a fast pace changing environment.
- Ability to speak Vietnamese and English (both 4 skills) fluently.
