IT PMO Manager [ Banking/ Finance/Securities ]UPA Vietnam

Main Responsibilities:
The PMO Manager provides guidance, standardizes project management practices, and ensures that all project activities are aligned with the organization's goals. This role includes developing methodologies and ensuring governance and compliance with best practices.
- Methodology Development:
• Develop and implement standard project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to be followed across the organization.
- Governance:
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks that ensure consistent project reporting, risk management, and quality assurance across all projects.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Performance Monitoring:
• Track and report on project performance, ensuring key milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met. Identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track project progress.
- Lead the PMO team, providing strategic direction and support for all technical projects.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the PMO team.
