We are looking for an IT professional fluent in both Japanese and English to coordinate DX projects between Japan HQ, local business teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IT system development projects and manage outsourced vendors.
Bridge communication between Japanese HQ and Vietnamese teams.
Support DX planning, requirements coordination, project execution, and progress monitoring.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve business processes through digital solutions.
Support internal IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance when needed.
Requirements
5 years of experience in IT or related fields.
Experience in IT project management, system implementation, or vendor management.
Strong Japanese and English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
Proactive, organized, and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders.
✔️ Preferred: Experience working with Japanese companies, managing external vendors, or handling DX/IT projects.
