I - During the project time - Report to Project Manager
1. Project Coordination role
● Serve as a liaison between vendor and TNS project team to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
● Coordinate project timeline, project activities, resources, equipment and information.
● Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
● Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
● Identify and document project issues and risks in information technology (IT) project plans and escalate to project manager.
2. IT support as the developer
● Directly participate in deploying and developing the system.
● Provide project plan analysis and control including analysis, research, development and maintenance of the project data.
● Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
II - After the project time - Report to IT Lead/Administration Department
● Take over the entire system after the project has completed deployment and handover to the end-user.
● Research and update new technological products to improve and enhance the school's system.
● Develop, upgrade, operate, and administer the system.
● Provide users with support as required.
● Other job required by the Line Manager and BOM.
