JOB DESCRIPTION
Act as the primary point of contact between the Onshore team, customer, and offshore development teams.
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects according to scope, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, UI/UX, and operations.
Ensure timely communication of project status, risks, and issues to both customer and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver project documentation, status reports, and presentations in English and/or Vietnamese.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the account management team to identify upsell opportunities or additional support needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/software development.
Experience working directly with English-speaking clients or in an international business environment is strongly preferred.
PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple stakeholders and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar.

Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to facilitate bilingual meetings and negotiate diplomatically.
