Employment Type: Full Remote or Onsite (depending on project requirements)
Job Description
- Planning, managing, and monitoring the progress of software development projects
- Defining requirements and adjusting specifications with Japanese and international clients
- Engaging in upstream processes (creating development design documents and handling estimates)
- Conducting client meetings
- Managing team members' tasks and optimizing resource allocation
- Ensuring quality control, risk management, and schedule management of projects
- Regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing reports and analyzing outcomes after project completion

仕事内容
・ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの計画、管理、進捗監視
・日本や外国の顧客との要件定義や仕様調整
・上流工程(開発設計書、見積書対応)
・顧客との会議
・チームメンバーのタスク管理、リソース配分の最適化
・プロジェクトの品質管理、リスク管理、スケジュール管理
・クライアントおよび社内ステークホルダーとの定期的なコミュニケーション
・プロジェクト終了後のレポート作成および成果分析
Yêu cầu
Required Experience
- 5+ years of IT software development experience
- 3+ years of project management experience in the IT field
- Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) or business-level English
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Experience
・Experience with projects for foreign companies
・PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a strong advantage
・Basic knowledge of IT technologies or prior development experience
経験必須条件
・5年以上のITソフトウェア開発経験が5年以上
・3年以上のIT分野でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・ソフトウェア開発プロセスに関する知識(Agile, Waterfallなど)
・優れたリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
・日本語(JLPTN2)又はビジネスレベルの英語力
・問題やトラブル解決能力
