• University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas
• At least 5 years working experiences in project management
• 1-2 years of experience in managerial positions
• Previous experience in IT role (BA,
developer...) is a plus
• Previous experience in banking/consumer finance is a plus
• Project management skills (PMBok, Agile, Scrum)
• Experience of developing IT systems for business process automation, front end and back end
solutions
• SOA principles
• BPMN, UML, IDEF0
• SQL, XML - basics
• Any OOP or script language - base level
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations and ability to work in a team
environment
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
