Mô tả công việc
Main purpose of job:
• Serves as a liaison between the IT & Business Consumers and Customers. As an IT SalesTech Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions that drive business growth.
• Leverages technical expertise to bridge the gap between business and IT. Analyzes business needs and translates them into detailed technical specifications. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Functional Relationship Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.
• Maintain operational effectiveness and efficiency by:
- Analyzes and tests IT solutions deployed in the market.
- Delivers training to the end users.
- Supports the analysis and resolution of IT solution issues.
- Provides local co-ordination for assigned global/regional initiatives to be rolled out in the market.
- Ensure compliance of local solutions, systems and data to Nestle standards and policies and promote these within the local organization.
- Ensure that the governance over the Internet and Intranet websites are in place and complied within.
• Ensure understanding of local Market needs and support the business with guidance, advice and recommendations on all digital initiatives to ensure best in class solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Global MSE team by:
- Attending the IT Product review and roadmap meetings and communicate the information to the local digital community concerned (corporate, marketing, sales).
- Participating to the local Digital Board Meeting with other business Digital leads and Marketing Services team.
• Accountable for ensuring all applications within their scope are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations, including privacy requirements, Business Continuity Plans etc.
• Partner with business and IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IT requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners to conduct paper-based design, solutioning sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery.
• Assesses near-term business needs by conducting structured interviews and consumer research. Collaborates with product teams to identify opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and evaluate trade-offs between cost, risk, and benefit.
• Support the BRM and Product Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- Business analysis
- Product management
- Application solutioning design and testing
- Experience in a relevant functional area (e.g., e-commerce, sales)
• Proficiency in Exceedra, DMS1, Salesforce and has experience working with VBL.NET and SQL Server.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization and in English.
• Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
• Be trusted advisor on regards Ecom and Sales Tech.
• Be escalation point for Sales & Ecom team on regards existing solutions
• Has business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
