Lead team 4 members and outsourcing delivery IT services for FnB Chain (about 150 store nationwide)
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and monitoring of SLAs to ensure that IT services meet agreed-upon performance standards.
Incident and Problem Management: Manage the resolution of IT incidents and identify underlying problems to prevent future occurrences.
Change Management: Coordinate and control changes to IT services to minimize disruptions and risks.
Capacity Planning: Forecast future IT resource requirements to ensure the infrastructure can support business growth.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze IT systems' performance to identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on IT service performance and metrics.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external IT service providers and vendors.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve IT service delivery processes and implement best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc
Strong understanding of IT components such as INFRASTRUCTURE/POS/CCTV/WIFI
Experience in managing the service desk team as Layer 1 & 2 support.
Familiar with IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
At least 5 years in a specific industry (FnB, Retail) as a role IT Operations leader.
Experience in FnB and retail operations such as Microsoft Dynamic 365, VMS, POS Functional, Loyalty, and Master Data Concept.
Knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, and capacity planning processes
Ability to analyze data and identify.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Technical proficiency in relevant IT tools and technologies
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
