IT Specialist (Accept IT Intern)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior IT Specialist, Digital Workplace to join our IT team at Gentherm.
At the same time, we also welcome enthusiastic IT Intern who are eager to gain hands-on experience and explore career opportunities in a professional manufacturing environment.
1. Senior IT Specialist, Digital Workplace (Senior level)
• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, network systems, and end-user devices.
• Monitor, update, and maintain hardware, software, Office 365, and security systems.
• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot server, PC, software, and network issues.
• Support IT infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and system improvements.
• Ensure system availability and perform regular maintenance for IT equipment.
• Prepare and maintain IT documents, reports, and asset records.
• Enforce IT policies, security measures, and user guidelines.
• Handle IT-related purchase requests and administrative tasks.
2. IT Intern - What You Will Learn & Practice (Open Intern level 3-6 months contracts)
• Support users and daily IT operations under guidance from the IT team.
• Assist in setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, printers, networks, and other IT equipment.
• Support deployment and maintenance of enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP) and MES.
• Assist in software installation, configuration, and end-user support.
• Participate in IT projects, documentation, and system monitoring activities.
• Provide basic IT guidance and training to end users.
• Attend safety training and support IT safety compliance activities.
