Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot and resolve computer and network issues.
Assist new employees with setting up standard business applications.
2. Provide support for employee role changes, including access and application adjustments.
3. Manage and support telecommunication, video conferencing, and other collaboration tools.
4. Train employees on the use of hardware and software, and provide ongoing technical support.
5. Enforce corporate security policies and support related initiatives.
6. Assist with other IT-related projects and initiatives as required.

Salary Range: $700-$900 USD
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT.
2. Strong computer skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
3. Experience with office network setup and maintenance, including familiarity with Windows domain environments.
4. Proficient in configuring and maintaining IPSec VPNs between headquarters and branch offices.
5. Hands-on experience with SSL VPNs, hardware firewalls, and switch configurations.
6. Proficient in supporting both server PCs and MacBook hardware/software environments.
7. Experience with application support, including the Microsoft Windows/Office Suite and video conferencing tools.
8. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.
9. Proficiency in English to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
