Mô tả công việc
1. Help Desk Support:
• Respond to and resolve user inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate problems when necessary.
2. Hardware and Software Maintenance:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
• Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT infrastructure.
3. User Training:
• Conduct training sessions to help users become familiar with hardware and software functionalities.
• Create user guides and documentation to assist with problem resolution and usage.
4. Network Support:
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions.
5. Security:
• Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard computer systems and data.
• Stay informed about the latest security threats and implement best practices to protect systems.
6. Remote Support:
• Provide remote assistance to users and troubleshoot issues for off-site employees.
7. Collaboration:
• Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement and support of IT-related products and services.
8. Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of IT-related activities, configurations, and issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to provide high-quality customer service.
Additional Skills:
• Familiarity with help desk software.
• Knowledge of remote desktop tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
