- Administer Windows/Linux operating systems, enterprise services, and application servers running on managed cloud infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Docker services, IIS, scheduled tasks, enterprise applications, and centralized backup/restore operations.
- Monitor enterprise systems, services, and applications using centralized monitoring tools, proactively identify risks, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, VPN, Firewall, Wireless Network, and Endpoint Management.
- Provide Level-2 technical support for retail systems including POS, Back Office, PDA, Label Printer, Receipt Printer, Barcode Scanner, and related store technologies.
- Participate in new store opening, relocation, renovation, and IT infrastructure readiness, ensuring all store technology components are fully operational before store launch.
- Plan, test, and implement system changes following change management procedures with minimal business disruption.
- Coordinate with cloud providers, Internet service providers, hardware vendors, software vendors, and external partners to resolve incidents and deliver IT services.
- Support incident response, escalation, and root-cause analysis.
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide out-of-hours support if needed.
- Manage assigned projects to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions for recurring incidents.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Department Head and Board of Directors/Technology Division.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Certifications such as MCSA, LPI, Azure Administrator, or AWS SysOps are a plus.
- Minimum 02 years in a system admin or infrastructure engineer role.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, Linux Server, enterprise applications, and retail IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, VMware, Windows/Linux, System hardening, and managed cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., incident, problem, change management).
- Good scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) is an advantage.
