Mô tả công việc
• Location: Văn Lâm, Hưng Yên / Hà Nội (near Vinhomes Ocean Park 3) •
• Working Arrangement: Onsite, Full-time
As a Record Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring the effective operation of recording and monitoring systems at factories or client sites. You will oversee team members, guarantee the stability of monitoring systems, and work across teams to maintain seamless operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the recording team, including shift scheduling, timekeeping, and performance tracking.
• Train and onboard new team members to meet operational standards.
• Monitor and verify connectivity of client cameras to ensure continuous and uninterrupted data recording.
• Set up PCs, recording software, and camera applications, while troubleshooting technical issues.
• Track equipment status, measurement schedules, and system performance.
• Report system and resource status in bi-weekly Factory Improvement meetings, including proposals for improvements.
• Prepare monthly team performance and HR reports
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Technical, Engineering, or Management fields (preferred).
• Proficient in English: strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT knowledge: software installation, hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills.
• High ownership, problem-solving ability, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
