Mô tả công việc
*** Scope of work
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of IT services, equipment and provide day-to-day support to end-users (laptop, PC, devices, printers, ESL,...)
- Managing & Maintaining IT equipment, IT systems to ensure they always function well as expected.
- Cooperating with stakeholders to Implement & Operate IT infra projects for both Office and Stores
- Cooperating with regional IT team to implement new solutions for the local business required
- On-calling the Support_Call_Center 24/7 to resolve the incidents related to IT equipment & IT systems
- Cooperating with HR/FI to build IT Policy, Fixed Asset Management to manage completely IT inventory and full life cycle of IT asset.
- Partner with Regional IT team to drive the best IT solution for business at the lowest cost. Lead the pitching process to find the best IT vendors
- Hire, train, develop and grow a high performing IT team
- Ontime Set up & Delivery of IT equipment and IT systems
- Ontime IT projects launched;
- Ontime emergency support thru Support_Call_Center
- IT cost efficiency thru Saving initiatives
Yêu cầu công việc
- Information Technology Background with at least 3 years working experience in IT, at least 1 year working experience in IT Support/Helpdesk (Network/System position is a plus).
- Network: experienced on config of Mikrotik, Pfsense, Unifi, Cisco (Strong knowledge of systems CCNA MCSA/CCNP is a plus)
- Systems: experienced on virtualization tools: HyperV, VMWare,...
- Others: Advanced knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android (Linux is a plus). Having experience in IT project for infrastructure/network solutions is added advantage.
- Ability to work multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and eager to learn new thing
- Solid stakeholder management skill (both internal and external), demonstrated ability to work quickly, coordinate multiple work streams, and prioritize under deadlines among competing priorities
- Leadership skills
