Manage and edit Japanese-language content across the Company's multilingual website system.
Translate blog articles, PR materials, marketing content, and other business communications into Japanese from English source materials.
Proofread and review existing Japanese translations to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, natural readability, and cultural appropriateness.
Maintain high editorial standards and ensure all published content aligns with the Company's brand voice and quality requirements.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and localize Japanese-language content for content marketing and
digital marketing campaigns.
Support the implementation of marketing initiatives targeting Japanese-speaking audiences across various digital platforms.
Perform Japanese language-related assignments to support the Company's
business development activities.
Assist in market research, industry analysis, and customer insights related to the Japanese market.
Support the expansion of the Company's Japanese-speaking client and student communities.
Third- or fourth-year university students or fresh graduates majoring in Japanese Language, Japanese Studies, Translation & Interpretation, Japanese Language Education, or other related disciplines.
Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3 - N2 or above.
Strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; clear and standard Mandarin pronunciation is an advantage.
Excellent written Japanese with strong attention to grammar, style, and detail.
Passionate about language, communication, education, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Japanese typing and language-reference tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to commit to a minimum of 36 working hours per week throughout the internship.
