Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java/Spring Boot.
Participate in system design, technical solutioning, and architecture discussions.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / Microservices with internal and external systems.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Write unit tests, integration tests, and contribute to improving overall system quality.
Lead a development team and provide technical guidance to
developers.
Required Skills And Experience
5+ years of professional experience in software development with Java.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot / Spring Framework, and RESTful API development.
Solid experience in designing and developing microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or equivalent.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-scale applications and working with distributed systems.
Experience with Git and source code management.
Proven experience in leading technical tasks, mentoring junior/mid-level developers, and providing technical guidance within a development team.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
Good understanding of software development best practices, code quality, and maintainable system design.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly with international clients and team members.
Preferred Skills
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong advantage:
Banking, FinTech, Payment, Digital Wallet, Lending, or Financial Services.
Development of high-volume, high-availability transaction systems.
Event-driven architecture and messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent.
Redis or other distributed caching technologies.
Docker / Kubernetes.
Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
API Gateway, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, or similar authentication and authorization technologies.
Application security and secure coding practices.
Monitoring and observability tools such as ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
Experience working with overseas customers or global delivery teams.
Benefits
Salary: up to 55M.
Probation salary is 100% of the official salary.
