Objective

To guarantee support to the indirect channel through constant visits and supervision to Distributors, in order to achieve

sales and profitability objectives of the company's product distribution processes.

Responsibilities

1. Carry out the work plans by route and the implementation of the 5 ́p in the field

2. Work together with the distributor's sales force to fulfill the sales objective

3. Analyze sales and distribution results to evaluate fulfillment of objectives

4. Advise clients and visit them to monitor that they are served by the distributor's salesperson.

5. Attend to the requirements and needs of customers, coordinating the proper functioning of the channels.

6. Finding new customers and coordinating the opening of new routes.

7. Supervise and control the activities of distribution, sales, promotional and inventory control and rotation of

customer products.

8. Monitor and report on the activities of the competition and suggest action plans.

9. Train and empower dealer sales people to obtain expected results and service

customer.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Intermediate English Level, both oral and written

Field Sales experience

Microsoft Tools proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)
