Your job involves payroll processing and reporting, bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, tax returns for entities in Australia and other countries. You are also encouraged to contribute to operations efficiency enhancement and company culture development.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 | Lunch break 12:00 - 13:00
Saturday, 8:00 - 12:00

You will be offered:
An initial 2-month training period, where you will be trained in accounting software, including Xero and MYOB, and learn Australian Accounting and tax law.

All compulsory health costs are according to the regular government health scheme.
Annual performance bonus, plus an employee loyalty bonus.
Mentors who are qualified and experienced Australian CA and CPA accountants.
A Continuing Professional Development Plan by LucaTao to advance to a senior management position.

Have an academic background in accounting, and other related majors.
Have strong communication skill and have confidence in written English and willingness to develop your English-speaking skills.
Be detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently within a team structure.

Be hardworking, have discipline, display high level of accuracy and be a fast learner.
