Role Objectives:
To provide financial, analytical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate analysis and reporting of activities and accurate reconciliation of accounts under his or her control.
Reporting to: Chief Accountant
Work Hours: Standard office hours:
8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus reasonable additional hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Update LC charges and status to match with bank records
• Prepare vendor and suppliers invoice payments
• Prepare debit/credit notes to customers, suppliers and intercompany
• Prepare accrual and month end journals and reconciliations
• Investigate variances with relevant parties
• Validate and process staff reimbursement
• Assist cash flow management & forecast
• Assist with customer and supplier master data maintenance
• Assist with inventory record management
• Assist with tax preparation and submissions
• Filing and scanning of documents
• Assist in the adoption and implementation process of accounting policies to adhere to the relevant group compliance procedure and regulatory requirement
• Assist in internal and external audit, review and other financial control procedure
• Perform ad hoc task, support special project and system enhancement as assigned

• Continuously improve upon relevant internal policies and procedures
• Provide support where necessary to
Finance Manager, Customer Service and Warehouse Operations for global entities and functions
• Use of technology and AI to recommend and implement process improvements is highly valued.
