Junior Accountant

Job Purpose
We are seeking a full-time candidate to fill a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks/Principal Accountability
Applicants can expect to work on the following:
• Bookkeeping, review, and reconcile accounting entries under IFRS/ VAS on MISA software.
• Collect information/data, and documents necessary from clients, and suppliers.
• Review documents/data, posting accounting entries in compliance with GAAP/accounting principles.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions from the e-commerce platform.
• Perform internal accounting entries and support internal management end-to-end accounts payable, receivable, and cash in MISA software.
• Support internal accounting entries for reconciled transactions with restaurant partners and third parties.
• Collaborate with AP team to conduct reconciliation with restaurant partners to ensure accuracy of orders, commissions, and payments, including invoices from restaurant partners and service provider.
• Monitor and reconcile cash flow, bank transactions, and payment gateways.
• Maintain and organize accounting documents in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Support audits and provide required documentation when needed.
• Perform other tasks as required by the manager or leader within the given deadlines.
