We are looking for a Junior AI Gen Voice & Avatar specialist to join our team and execute innovative AI video projects for major brands.
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI Voice Generation: Generate AI voices from approved scripts; fine-tune pronunciation (brand names, products, numbers), intonation, and speed for a natural flow.
AI Avatar &
• Video Production:
Integrate AI voices with AI Hosts, ensuring seamless lip-syncing, expressions, visuals, and audio alignment before delivery.
Ad-hoc Video Creation: Produce FAQ videos and deliver quick ad-hoc content on the same day according to live schedule demands.
Host Library Building: Build an AI host avatar library by creating host images based on brand concepts, outfits, and livestream layouts.
Script Standardization: Technically standardize scripts prior to voice generation (checking for platform-banned words, number pronunciations, and punctuation).
System Keyword Mapping: Compile common customer comments by product and assign keywords so the system triggers the correct response videos automatically.
Quality Assurance & • Issue Logging:
Record voice, visual, and video errors in the issue log and collaborate with the Operation, Tech, and Project teams to resolve them.
🎯 JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in short-form video creation, video editing, or using AI tools for voice, image, and video generation (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Midjourney, CapCut). Personal projects are welcomed!
Detail-oriented: High sensitivity in detecting minor pronunciation errors, lip-sync mismatches, or visual glitches.
Excellent command of Vietnamese; able to identify unnatural phrasing just by reading scripts.
Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple daily tasks and delivering on schedule.
Preferred: Experience in Livestreaming, E-commerce, or basic photo/video editing skills (Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut).
