What You'll Do:
Build Core Automotive Software: Hands-on development with Android Framework layers (VHAL, CarService, OTA, and system runtime).
Design Smart Interfaces: Define AIDL service interfaces and manage inter-process communication for vehicle properties and states.
Customize AOSP & Debug: Deep dive into AOSP source code to extend features and troubleshoot system-level bugs with team mentorship.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with application, system, and test teams from technical design to final product release.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
Basic Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Class of 2027) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
Core Skills: Solid foundation in C/C++ or Java, basic Linux environment, and fundamental OS concepts (processes, threads, memory, IPC).
Communication: Good team collaboration and English skills for technical documentation.
Mindset: Strong curiosity, quick learner, and eager to dig deep into low-level mechanics.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on exposure to Android Framework, AOSP, Binder/AIDL, or vehicle HAL.
Projects/internships in Embedded Linux, drivers, or Automotive Smart Cockpit.
Familiarity with Git or open-source contributions.
