ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Architectural
Designer will work under the direction of Architectural Design Manager.
He/she will play a role as a Project architect in running assigned projects from concept to detailed documentation and completion, managing entire project design teams.
Assist/Guide/coordinate with Korean design team to develop design ideas/design solutions to comply with Vietnam building codes
Responsible for assigned projects and work packages to ensure that they meet or exceed clients' expectations.
Assist Design Manager to manage the project schedule and control the design process, bear the ultimate responsibility for project success
Produce/perform drawings and design documents of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents under the direction of Design Manager
Review project documents/drawings and report to Design Manager
Make 3D perspective, Renderingand various presentation report. Knowledge in 3D rendering Video is Plus.
