Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the internal teams to develop creative ideas and visual concepts for multi-channel campaigns.
Design and produce layouts, key visuals, and storyboards that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Take creative ownership from concept to final delivery.
Provide direction, feedback, and support to team members to help them improve design quality and meet project timelines.
Ensure creative consistency and visual excellence across all materials.
Stay current with design trends, technologies, and advertising innovations.
Collaborate effectively with Account, Strategy, and Production teams to deliver impactful work.
Contribute to creative presentations and client discussions when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
A creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into visuals.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design skills.
Fluent in English
