We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager to
support the delivery of software projects for global clients. This role is ideal for early-career
professionals who are eager to grow in project management while gaining exposure to Agile
methodologies, client collaboration, and technical environments.
You will work closely with senior project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth
coordination, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in project execution.
Assist in planning and coordinating project activities from initiation to delivery
Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation
Track progress of tasks and help ensure deadlines are met
Identify potential risks or blockers and escalate them to senior team members
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
Facilitate communication between
developers, QA, and stakeholders
Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Backlog)
Prepare basic reports on project status and performance metrics
Support client meetings by documenting requirements and follow-up actions
Collaborate with BrSE to identify and analyze client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
