This position will directly report to and assist the Managing Partner of LIDE Legal (the "MP") in the following tasks:
• Conduct legal research and legal analysis, then prepare the legal advice in the form of legal memo, legal note or email;
• Draft new contracts/agreements or review existing contracts/agreements, such as sale and purchase agreements, services agreements, shareholders agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.;
• Prepare the application forms and other supporting documents for the incorporation of new companies (both local and foreign owned companies) or for the registration of changes to companies' corporate information, then submit the signed documents to the competent authorities and liaise with the officers in charge;
• Other tasks as the MP may assign from time to time.
Yêu cầu
Education Holding a bachelor's degree in law.
Mindset and soft skills
• Must have growth mindset and self-learning ability,
• Must be very good at using Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, and
• Have good communications and interpersonal skills.
English and other language ability Good at English in all four skills.
Related experiences At least 2-3 years of experience in working for law firm or as in-house legal staff
