Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Junior) to join our growing team. You will work closely with clients, Product Managers,
Project Managers, and the development team to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Candidates with experience in AI projects or the Banking/Financial Services domain are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
● Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
● Study business documents and transform requirements into functional specifications.
● Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
● Design detailed business workflows, process flows, and system diagrams usingappropriate modeling tools.
● Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Managers,
Developers, and QA throughout the software development lifecycle.
● Support UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
● Participate in client meetings, requirement workshops, and project discussions.
● Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are communicated clearly across teams.
